It seems the skies over Bradford have been getting busy lately. The above image was taken by T&A Camera Club regular contributor Carl Conway on October 29th around 7:05 PM.

The original image shows the shot of the moon in all her glory and the objects can barely be seen in the lower left corner. Carl said: “I just took this photo and noticed something flying across the moon… but what could they be? There are six of them in the bottom left of the picture.”

The question still remains, what are these objects? Birds don’t normally fly at night and owls are solitary flyers. They would be too large to be bats. It seems we have a real mystery here. Perhaps we’ve captured the first official shots of a flying coven.
